HOSTING POLICIES
TERMS OF USE AND HOSTING POLICIES
General
Alti1000.net will not place any banners, pop-ups, or another form of advertisement on any of the pages of our customers. No content will ever be altered, added, or removed for advertising, business, or other commercial purposes.
Alti1000.net services may not be used for any illegal activity, violence or content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the Internet.
You must not use Alti1000.net's network, Alti1000.net's equipment or any Alti1000.net's email address in connection with the transmission of spam, flames, mail bombs, or similar unsolicited email messages.
Content Restrictions
Alti1000.net prohibits the hosting of the following:
- Adult oriented materials. That limitation includes but is not limited to pornography, direct links to adult-oriented sites, and sex-related products.
- Copyrighted software;
- Copyrighted media, such as pirated MP3s;
- Programs that can be used for hacking, mail-bombing, spamming, and security violation activities;
- Linking to Warez Sites;
- Chat rooms, running IRC servers or IRC bots;
- Background processes;
- Proxy applications.
Disk and Traffic Usage
Each customer is expected to abide by the Disk Space limitation of the hosting package purchased.
If a hosting account generates more traffic than the agreed upon monthly allocation, Alti1000.net reserves the right to request the submission of additional fees by the owner of that hosting account. In case of a failure to cover the requested fees within the timeframe specified by Alti1000.net upon the generation of the excessive traffic, the hosting account can be terminated by Alti1000.net without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that our entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any service(s) provided by Alti1000.net and any breach of these terms is solely limited to the amount you paid for the service(s). Alti1000.net shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of the services.
